FacultyTenured or tenure-track faculty members are invited to apply for semester-long exchange teaching assignments in Korea, Japan, or China. Each exchange professor teaches a six- or nine-semester-hour load in his or her area of expertise or undertakes other assignments as requested by the International Affairs Office of the host university. Ball State University will pay the exchange professor's salary and one-half of the international air fare. The host institution will supply a furnished apartment and a monthly stipend ($1,000-$2,400) to commensurate with the qualifications of each exchange professor. An accompanying spouse, if qualified, may also be able to teach at the university.
